Russelās background is far from in the catering industry. An entrepreneur in the construction trade, Russel stumbled across catering unintentionally when he took over the reins of a Coffee Franchise in February 2020.
Russell added an outdoor catering division by introducing a Trailblazer BBQ and after an immensely successful launch now predicts earnings of up to £250k on the Trailblazer next year.

Martin from Convivio Catering came to us in July as he wasn’t letting COVID ruin his plans to expand his outdoor catering business.

As a successful restaurant owner of the Kitchen Cafe in Letterkenny, Pat was always on the look out for ways to add value and growth to his cafe chain. However despite having being a BBQ enthusiast, Pat had no intention of adding an outside catering aspect to his business until he unexpectedly met Trailblazer BBQ at a catering exhibition in Belfast back in 2014.
Pat now has a fleet of three Trailblazer BBQs as demand has spiked throughout the previous number of years.
