Returns & Refunds Policy

General Returns

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 30 days of the receipt of the original order.

To return a product, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. Items returned in something other than the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or might be considered ineligible for a refund.

To cancel or return an item you must confirm this in writing via email to [email protected] or write to us at Trailblazer BBQ Ltd, 6 Ballyoran Lane BT16 1XJ. Please clearly quote your name plus the order number and reason for the return.

Trailblazer BBQ  aim to deal with all returns effectively and efficiently, however, please allow between 2 – 5 days from the date that the refund claim has been made to allow for repayment processing.

Returns of Damaged Products

Where the Goods are faulty or do not comply with any of the contracts, the Customer must notify Trailblazer BBQ within 24 hours of delivery and the Customer shall be entitled to replacement goods or a full refund.

It is therefore highly recommended that when receiving a delivery from Trailblazer BBQ you inspect the package at the time of delivery by removing the product from the packaging and examining the contents for any physical damage.


To return your product, you should mail your product to 6 Ballyoran Lane, Dundonald, Belfast, NIR, BT16 1XJ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
