As with other commercial BBQs in the Trailblazer range, the 350 Compact features large stainless steel collapsible work tables and integrated tool holders. Additionally, the lower warming oven, powered directly from the firebox above, offers a hot-holding capacity of up to 4 x 1/1 gastronome trays.
